Cross Country

Section 4A  

Crusader long-distance runners in grades 7-12 compete in a schedule of meets including a conference championship and a section championship. Most races are within a 30-minute radius of SCLA and take place during the week, with a few of the races hosted on a Saturday morning.

Athletes in grades 7-12 are eligible to compete, and practices begin one week before the start of the school year.
