Summer Workouts
Under the direction of trained coaches with a wealth of strength training and conditioning knowledge and experience, SCLA summer workouts are designed for overall athletic improvement, injury prevention, and fitness. Workouts are designed for students in grades 6-12.

Registration Fee
$95 per student
Registration fees help cover the cost of the program, including PTL4M access, coach stipends, and equipment replacement and updates.
